Super clean Yogurt Filling Machine

It suitable for various plastic bottles. It is designed for two capacity ranges: 100–450 mL/bottle, with a production output of 6,000–8,000 bottles/hour. The machine fills 12 bottles simultaneously in a single-lane bottle entry system. It automatically performs bottle feeding, bottle detection, servo quantitative filling, bottle mouth positioning, and linear bottle discharge. Equipped with cleaning attachments, it can connect to a CIP system.
Machine Structure:
Filling machine main frame, bottle feeding system, filling system, bottle discharge system, CIP/COP interfaces, and control system.

1) Transmission and Plate Chain Conveyor System
Includes drive motor/reducer/drive plate chain, positioning devices, etc. The operating speed can be adjusted via a frequency conversion speed control device. The machine uses a standard motor and reducer to drive each station, offering low cost, high stability, and easy maintenance.
2) Automatic Bottle Feeding and Discharge System
Primarily composed of conveying plate chains and pneumatic positioning linkage devices. The newly designed system includes a plate chain frame.
3) Filling System
Consists of a material tank, liquid level control device, filling valves, two sets of servo metering filling systems, and a 12-head quantitative piston filling group. The cleaning system uses L22 valves to redirect flow during cleaning, enabling fully automatic pressure-exchange cleaning. This increases the unit cleaning flow rate and ensures effective cleaning. The entire system includes a CIP cleaning return system and features piston cleaning functionality.
