Adopts stepper motor to control film feeding, film feeding is stable, optical mark positioning accuracy is high; adopts PLC control technology, can flexibly and conveniently adjust bag length (human-machine interface digital adjustment of film length), it is also very convenient for optical marks, greatly reducing the waste bag rate; the control circuit is greatly simplified, reducing failure points, making the whole machine performance more stable, convenient for use and maintenance; all parts in contact with materials and the shell, frame, are made of stainless steel, fully enclosed clean space, FFU air purification unit ensures the product meets national hygiene requirements; high-position gravity filling / quantitative pump filling, automatic hot stamping date printing, optical mark automatic positioning, ensures the product has a complete printed pattern.
