Vertical vacuum packaging machine

The whole unit consists of automatic packing unit which combined with material elevator, screw weighting 

system and VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packing machine and vacuum carousel unit，suitable to make brick  

vacuumed bags in different sizes and shapes(cuboids/Cube/Block-Bottom-Bag/vacuum bags with square bottom). 

Particularly suitable for various kinds of powder and granule products like yeast, rice, beans, pet food, ground coffee, milk powder, tea leaves and food additive etc.

2. Machine fully controlled by Siemens or OMRON PLC & Touch-Screen;

4. Film transport system motion drived by Panasonic;

5. Safe quick change of tube and collar by removing the bracket;

6. Unwind bracket is independently mounted from the main frame with photoelectric sensor for an automatic alignment of the film to ensure a correct vertical sealing, reducing the waste of material and reprocessing for vertical seal open.

7. Unique Pneumatic Film-Reel locking structure to avoid film drawing deflecting.

9. Independent temperature adjustment;

9. suitable for various types of heating sealed laminated films like PE/BOPP, CPP/BOPP, CPP/PET, PE/NYLON, aluminum foil etc.

10 The packaging machine also can be used for Polyethylene Film Sealing by changing correspond equipment.
